Cookie Policy
Version 1.0 · last updated 21 August 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. SiteFinderAI also uses closely related technologies such as local storage and session storage. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
2. Essential cookies (always on)
These cookies are required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off. They keep your session signed in, remember your selected billing environment, hold Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection state, enforce scan cooldowns and daily run caps, and store your accepted Terms version so we do not ask twice. Without them you cannot sign in or run a site scan.
3. Analytics cookies (optional)
Analytics cookies tell us which pages, filters and machine types operators use most, and where scans fail. We use this to reduce wasted Google API spend and improve lead quality. Analytics data is aggregated and is never sold.
4. Marketing cookies (optional)
Marketing cookies let us measure which campaigns bring Australian vending, ATM and photo booth operators to SiteFinderAI, and to avoid showing you the same message repeatedly. They are off unless you turn them on.
5. Third parties
Some cookies are set by services we rely on: Google Maps Platform (mapping and place data), Stripe (payments and fraud prevention), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), and our authentication provider. These services act as processors for the functions described above.
6. Managing your choices
You can change your optional cookie choices at any time on the cookie preferences page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but essential cookies must be allowed for sign-in and scanning to function.
7. Changes and contact
When this policy changes we update the version and date above and ask for your choices again. Questions go to hello@sitefinderai.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
